Might come from the cleans. We now start to get a little heavier for reps, 70 kg (155lbs) for 5 reps didn't work out as easy as we thought it would be, but we finished it easily. Really looking forward to next week with more BP and DL. We shift next training week a little bit because we were out of town, so we'll start one day later than usual.

Benchpress 3x5 - 55 kg (110 lbs)
Deadlift 1x5 - 80 kg (176 lbs)
SZ Curls 3x10-15 - 27,5 kg (60 lbs)
Tricep Extensions - 3x~10 - bodyweight on a smith-machine
Ab Roll Outs 3 x AMRAP
Day 3:
Squat 3x5 - 70 kg (155 lbs)
Press 3x5 - 35 kg (77 lbs)
Power Cleans 5x3 - 55 kg (121 lbs)
Rear Delt Raise 3x~20 - 2,5 kg each side (5 lbs)
Hanging Leg Raise - 3 x AMRAP
Man these Ab Roll Outs really fuckin hurt, but they are such a good exercise. If you have weak abs you should totally start doing them. Cleans feel good, although I always struggle with the form on the first set. Can't get my arms fully under the bar. But from 2. to 5th set it always works just fine, don't know why though. Will work on it.
